Company Benefits

PCC Network Solutions offers comprehensive benefits for our employees, including full health benefits, paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Medical Insurance

PCC Network Solutions is pleased to offer a choice of medical coverage providers. We provide healthcare through Great-West which offers both HMO and PPO options. Our flexible spending account for employee health care covers the basic HMO options for either plan.

Dental Insurance

PCC Network Solutions offers quality dental insurance through SafeGuard. We offer dental services for our employees with the option to select dependent coverage.

Flexible Benefits Program (Cafeteria Plan)

The Cafeteria Plan (125) from Conexis, offers the benefit of using pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket health care expenses and dependent care. This plan recognizes that employees have diverse needs and allows employees to choose their benefits based upon budget and family issues.

Highlights of the Flexible Benefits Program:

  • Offered to all employees for medical insurance premiums copays, medical expenses and dependent care allocations.
  • Use pretax dollars for out of pocket expenses
  • Predetermine for the year how much you’ll spend on either medical reimbursement or dependent care, examples: braces, co pays, and prescription glasses
  • Amount will be deducted through each paycheck before taxes
  • Conexis issues debit cards for medical reimbursement, or employee may file claim forms.
  • Maximum of $2500 for unreimbursed medical
  • Maximum of $5000 for dependent care (day care expenses)
  • If money not used by December 31st you lose the money!
    (90 day grace period at the end of December to submit receipts dated before December)

Aflac insurance provider offers the following voluntary insurance coverages:

401(k) Savings Plan

Looking to save some money for retirement? It's easy with our on-line 401(k) plan. This plan is administered by Fidelity Investments and has the flexibility of varied model portfolios to select from.

U.S Savings Bond Program - iBonds

U.S. Savings Bonds are a safe, easy way to save money and a solid addition to your investment portfolio. We offer a payroll savings plan where you can save money effortlessly with every paycheck. Bonds fit all budgets and are sold at face value in denomination of $50 or more. Once you have saved $50 you are issued a bond that is mailed directly to your home. Bonds are issued by National Bond & Trust Co.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

We know that work isn't everything in life, so we offer the benefit of Personal Time Off (PTO) to take care of your mental and physical well-being. All personnel accrue 12 days of PTO during each of their first four (4) years of employment with the company. In year five (5) and beyond, PTO is accrued at the rate of 17 days per year.

Drug Check Policy, Background Checks Policy and Workers’ Compensation Fraud Prosecution Policy

It is a PCC Network Solutions policy not to hire, or rehire individuals who use any illegal drug, or whose current use of drugs and/or alcohol would prevent them from performing their jobs safely and satisfactorily. All individuals will be required to take a drug and alcohol test as well as submit information for a background check.

Workers’ Compensation Fraud is a Felony. Anyone who knowingly files or assists in the filing of a false workers’ compensation claim may be fined up to $50,000 and sent to prison for up to five years.
