Medical Insurance

PCC Network Solutions is pleased to offer medical insurance coverage through Blue Shield of both HMO and PPO options.  In addition, a Health Savings account is offered to employees enrolled in the PPO plan.

PCC Network Solutions Offers vision coverage through Ameritas Life Insurance Group.  This plan allows teh employee to choose the eye care provider of their choice.

The Cafeteria Plan (125) from TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation)offers the benefit of using pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket health care expenses and dependent care. This plan recognizes that employees have diverse needs and allows employees to choose their benefits based upon budget and family issues.

401(k) Savings Plan

Looking to save some money for retirement? It's easy with our on-line 401(k) plan. This plan is administered by Fidelity Investments and has the flexibility of varied model portfolios to select from.

US Savings Bond Program - iBonds 

U.S. Savings Bonds are a safe, easy way to save money and a solid addition to your investment portfolio. We offer a payroll savings plan where you can save money effortlessly with every paycheck. Bonds fit all budgets and are sold at face value in denomination of $50 or more. Once you have saved $50 you are issued a bond that is mailed directly to your home. Bonds are issued by National Bond & Trust Co.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

We know that work isn't everything in life, so we offer the benefit of Paid Time Off (PTO) to take care of your mental and physical well-being. All personnel accrue 12 days of PTO during each of their first four (4) years of employment with the company. In year five (5) and beyond, PTO is accrued at the rate of 17 days per year.

Drug Check Policy, Background Checks Policy, and Workers’ Compensation Fraud Prosecution Policy

PCC Network Soltuions recognizes the importance of maintaining a safe and healthful workplace and therefore requires all prospective employees to take a drug and alcohol test as well as submit information for a background check. 

It is a PCC Network Solutions policy not to hire, or rehire individuals who use any illegal drug, or whose current use of drugs and/or alcohol would prevent them from performing their jobs safely and satisfactorily. All individuals will be required to take a drug and alcohol test as well as submit information for a background check.

Workers’ Compensation Fraud is a Felony. Anyone who knowingly files or assists in the filing of a false workers’ compensation claim may be fined up to $50,000 and sent to prison for up to five years.
