David S. Burr is Chief Executive Officer of PCC Network Solutions (formerly known as Pacific Coast Cabling). Mr. Burr provides leadership and vision for the company and has built a team of industry professionals that have enabled PCC to re-brand itself from a structured cabling contractor, to a network integrator of structured cabling, data, voice, wireless and security solutions and services. He has led the company to multiple years of consecutive growth and the company has been ranked as one of Southern California’s fastest growing private companies for multiple years. He began his career in 1979 as a technician with Kertech Corporation in Wellesley, Mass. and quickly moved up the management ranks where after the Kertech acquisition by Micom Communications, was promoted to Western Regional Manager of Cabling Operations at their corporate headquarters in Simi Valley, CA. Mr. Burr founded Pacific Coast Cabling Systems in 1985, then re-capitalized and incorporated Pacific Coast Cabling, Inc. in 1987. The company, now known as PCC Network Solutions, continues to be privately-held and has expanded to five offices across four states to broaden its geographic reach and expand its market presence.

James A. Wilmington is Chief Operating Officer of PCC Network Solutions (formerly known as Pacific Coast Cabling). Mr. Wilmington joined the company in 1986, as Vice President of Operations and a Principal Partner of the corporation, where he was responsible for the management of all field service activities, project and network operations and procurement for PCC Network Solutions. Mr. Wilmington's experience with hybrid, single- and multi-mode fiber optic backbones and high-speed fiber optic and copper horizontal systems, add to the company’s competitive strengths and core competencies. Prior to joining PCC Network Solutions, Mr. Wilmington worked at Instanet Cable, a Micom Communications subsidiary located in Simi Valley, CA. During his stay at Instanet, Mr. Wilmington was Western Region Project Manager, focusing on the design and implementation of structured cabling systems in support of local and wide area networks, mini and mainframe computers, client/server networks, PBX and key systems.

Richard J. Harris is Corporate Sales Officer of PCC Network Solutions (formerly known as Pacific Coast Cabling). Mr. Harris joined the company in 1987, as Vice President of Sales and a Principal Partner in the Corporation. While at PCC Network Solutions, Mr. Harris has successfully crafted partnering strategies with several key vendors - partnerships that were in large part responsible for the dramatic sales increases of thirty-fold, which ensued over the next decade. Prior to joining PCC Network Solutions, Mr. Harris was at Kertech Corporation, in Wellesley, Mass. in 1980, where he was a cable installer. During the next four years, he was promoted several times and in 1984, when Kertech was acquired by Micom Communications, he accepted a promotion to Southeastern Regional Manager of Cabling Operations, based in Atlanta, Ga. In 1985, he moved back to New England for two years, working for Datamart Incorporated as a Cabling and Technical Service Manager until his return to Southern California in 1987, where he joined Pacific Coast Cabling.

Pat Abruzzese is Vice President of Finance at PCC Network Solutions where he is responsible for finance, accounting and administration. Mr. Abruzzese joined PCC Network Solutions as Controller in July 2001. Before joining the company, Mr. Abruzzese was Vice President of Finance for Blackboard, Inc. a provider of enterprise software for e-education.  He also held financial management positions at American Express and Electronic Data Systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Abruzzese provided senior management strategic direction and sound financial policy. Mr. Abruzzese received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Salem State College, Salem, MA, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University, St. Paul, MN, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.

Patricia Daugherty is Vice President of Human Resources at PCC Network Solutions where she has Human Resources responsibility for all corporate and regional office personnel. Prior to PCC Network Solutions, Ms. Daugherty was with College Enterprises Inc., where she was Executive Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources with overall responsibility for their corporate office including all office administration, human resources, payroll, legal, and company wide communication for all operational field personnel. Prior to College Enterprises Inc., Ms Daugherty was with The Pillsbury Company and The Scotsman Group where she was Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and a Member of the Executive Committee and Corporate Officer. She has over 15 years of generalist experience in nation-wide, service- oriented, retail and manufacturing companies providing functional leadership and strategic direction throughout organizations. Ms. Daugherty received her B.S. in Management from Pepperdine University, attended the University of Michigan School of Business Administration, and The Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University, Claremont, California.

 

 
Timothy D. McManus - PCC Network Solutions Vice President of Operations

Timothy D. McManus is Vice President of Operations at PCC Network Solutions where he has corporate responsibility for developing and ensuring consistency across the company for all Operations functions, processes and procedures. Mr. McManus joined PCC Network Solutions in 1991 and has held a variety of positions inclusive of Account Manager, Manager of Project Operations, and General Manager, leading up to his present role in 2005. Prior to joining the company, Mr. McManus worked for Service Intelligence Corp. where he was responsible for the design, engineering and installation of Personal Computer networks and operating systems (Novell, Unix, Xenix, Microsoft, IBM mainframe-AS400). Mr. McManus has more than 20 years experience with IT, Software, Hardware repair, Telecommunications, and Structured Cabling systems and maintains a number of IT and Structured Cabling vendor certifications. Mr. McManus earned his A.S. Degree in Electronics from Ventura College, Ventura, California.

Susanne Lichtenberger is the Vice President of Information Systems and Facilities at PCC Network Solutions where she is responsible for all Local and Wide Area Network infrastructure, software and application systems and facilities-related functions, nationwide. Mrs. Lichtenberger joined the company in 1987 and has taken on management roles with increasing levels of responsibility. She has been instrumental in designing, building, managing and supporting, PCC Network Solutions Information Systems infrastructure and software systems from a single site, to a multi-site network supporting users nationwide. Prior to joining PCC, Mrs. Lichtenberger worked in the retail industry accumulating more than ten years of experience in a variety of management positions.

David M. Richards is Vice President of Technical Training at PCC Network Solutions where he is responsible for developing and implementing technical training programs for field service technical staff, covering BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc.) and Vendor/Manufacturer certification courses. Mr. Richards began his career in 1989 as a PBX Installation and Repair Technician for Tri-County Communications in Paso Robles, California and relocated to Southern California to accept a position as a Telecommunications Equipment Electronics Repair Technician and co-owner of the company. He joined PCC Network Solutions in 1999 at the inception of the company’s new Communications Support Specialist department and was promoted to Technical Trainer when he achieved his BICSI Certified Trainer credential the following year. Mr. Richards also maintains BICSI RCDD, NTS, and OSP Specialist certifications. Mr. Richards is a Telecommunications graduate from Western Technical College, Van Nuys, California, is a part time instructor for Moorpark Community College and he currently serves on the BICSI board of directors as the U.S. Western Region Director.

 

 
Armando Lopez - PCC Network Solutions Regional Vice President, Anaheim, California

Armando Lopez is Regional Vice President of PCC Network Solutions in Anaheim, California, where he is responsible for sales and operations in the California counties of Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside, as well as regions south to San Diego. Mr. Lopez began his sales career working in the data communications distribution industry and spent 6 years with Anixter in various sales positions including inside sales, international sales, sales management and outside sales. Mr. Lopez joined PCC Network Solutions in 1996 as an outside sales executive to help grow the company’s major account business and pursue large projects and Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) accounts. His experience and industry relationships proved to be successful in obtaining long term Fortune 500/1000 accounts. After helping PCC Network Solutions achieve an extended period of unprecedented growth, Mr. Lopez left the company in 2000 for 2 years to work in the Broadband/Internet services industry. Mr. Lopez returned to PCC Network Solutions in 2002 and as a Sales Executive and was promoted to the Regional Vice President in 2005. Mr. Lopez is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a B.S. in Engineering Technology.

 

 
Robert Anderson - PCC Network Solutions Regional Vice President, Texas

Robert Anderson is Regional Vice President of PCC Network Solutions in Dallas, Texas, where he is responsible for sales and operations in the Texas geographic region. Mr. Anderson joined the company in 2000 as a Sales Engineer. During that period, Mr. Anderson was successful in establishing several new Fortune 1,000 accounts utilizing a consultative, partnering approach to fulfilling the client’s requirements and expectations. Prior to joining PCC Network Solutions, Mr. Anderson began his career as an Exploration Geologic Engineer in the oil and gas industry with Webb Resources, and worked for Sohio Petroleum and Amerada Hess Corporation where he was responsible for the exploration and production of oil and gas in the Rocky Mountain region. In 1990, he accepted a position with American Velo where he developed trade contracts for the export of products to the European continent.  Mr. Anderson then joined Minolta Corporation where he developed software printing solutions until he joined the PCC Network Solutions team.

 

 
William L. Young III - PCC Network Solutions Regional Vice President, Florida

William (Bill) L. Young III is Regional Vice President of PCC Network Solutions in Tampa, Florida where he is responsible for sales and operations in the Florida geographic region. Mr. Young joined the company in 1992 as a Cable Installer. He quickly advanced through the ranks in various roles including Lead Technician, Project Manager and Account Manager. As Project Manager, he was successful in the on-site supervision and installation of information transportation systems (ITS), including multi-mode and single-mode fiber optics, Cat5E and Cat6 UTP, various coax applications and wireless systems for a variety of clients. As Account Manager, he was responsible for the design, engineering, estimating and management of ITS and overall successful project completion for local and national clients. Mr. Young relocated from Los Angeles, California to Tampa, Florida in 2006, as Regional Vice President to establish PCC Network Solutions presence in the Florida marketplace. Mr. Young maintains a RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and Outside Plant Specialist (OSP) credentials from BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc.).

 

 

Jeffrey Peterson
Regional Vice President, Arizona

Jeffrey Peterson is Regional Vice President of PCC Network Solutions in Tempe, Arizona, where he is responsible for sales and operations in the Southwest.  Mr. Peterson joined PCC in late 2007 in his current position.  Mr. Peterson earned his Computer Engineering degree in 1990.   He began his climb in 1994 with MicroAge where he was able to utilize his relationship building qualities and degree to support Fortune 500 clients with their technology needs. In 1995, Mr. Peterson was recruited by Bank of America Southwest as a Project Engineer where he was responsible for planning and implementing technology solutions for executive management within the banking environment.  In 1997, Mr. Peterson joined Compel as Regional Operations Manager in Phoenix and California, and in 2005 he was promoted to Senior Sales Executive in charge of new business development. In those eleven years, Mr. Peterson built an educational sales team emphasizing relationships with K-12, higher education, and E-rate. He implemented a long-term business strategy to address marketplace requirements and establish the Company's brand recognition as a dominant leader in the data center construction, IP telephony market.  Mr. Peterson realigned branch operations to incorporate data networking, communications cabling, and IP telephony into one cohesive unit. He designed and implemented a best practices manual to increase productivity, emphasize internal controls, and drive profitability. Mr. Peterson developed and implemented a system to monitor the progressive performance of each project against budget and schedule, which is still in use today.
