A Letter To Our Valued Customers

As you may be aware, recent increases in worldwide demand for copper have significantly impacted cable manufacturing costs. Copper is a significant component of both data and electrical cables used in our industry. Typically, manufacturers have absorbed many of the moderate increases in cost, but these rapid and dramatic raw material increases are forcing manufacturers to pass increases along to customers. In the past six months, prices have increased nearly 30% alone. Analysts and industry experts expect these market forces to continue to impact prices for the foreseeable future.

Additionally, fuel surcharges and other rising transportation costs are also contributing to these increases. We will make every effort to communicate any new developments with this situation as information becomes available. For specific questions on how these price increases affect you, please contact your local PCC Network Solutions sales representative.
