On-Site Support

PCC Network Solutions Technical Service representatives are available from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm midnight (PST), seven days a week.

We provide comprehensive support for data centers or other business-critical operations where on-site support is essential to business success.

PCC authorized personnel work on-site as needed to resolve hardware and software issues, becoming an integral part of your team and ensuring the success of your operations while reducing the burden on IT staff.

On-Site Technical Support Plans:

  1. On-Site Next Business Day Support (9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST)
  2. On-Site Next Business Day Support ( 7:00 am to 12:00 pm midnight PST)
  3. On-Site Event Support ( 7:00 am to 12:00 pm midnight PST)
